    • Our Story

    Poppin Mess Champagne & Dessert Bar, is the ultimate dessert bar  inspired by popcorn. As we are a bakery during the day and a dessert lounge by night!

    Our first location was located on historic U Street in Northwest, Washington DC. We are now nestled in Baltimore, where we are highlighting our true charm in "Charm City."

    We will feature popups out of our Baltimore location throughout  the summer of 2025, with our first Popup on June 21st to kick off the official start to summer!! Our fall season starts the second week of September - December 24, concluding our 2025 season. 

    Poppin Mess Champagne & Dessert Bar is known for allowing our customers to experience true gourmet  popcorn! However our popcorn drops  will always include a matching treat; a bundt cake, cheesecake, milkshake, or adult beverage!

     You can also experience our amazing popcorn located in stadiums and high end hotels, through out the Washington Metropolitan area. 

    Poppin Mess will be a true luxury dessert location you will want to experience!

    Life can be messy but our desserts are always ”POPPIN”!!
