    • Our Story

    Poppin Mess Champagne & Dessert Bar, is the ultimate dessert bar all inspired by popcorn. 

    Located on historic U Street in Northwest, Washington DC. Poppin Mess, features a to-go window which is officially opens August 12th 2023. Our dessert lounge will feature a full service bar,  offering various champagnes, along with a late night dessert menu. Our lounge is set to open in the early winter of 2023. Our lounge will serve patrons 27 years of age and older. 

    Poppin Mess Champagne & Dessert Bar is owned and operated by Teia Hill. She is also the current owner of The Popcorn Bag DC, and Mosley Medical Group.  The Popcorn Bag DC was the first popcorn bar located in Prince Georges county.  Popcorn Bag DC is known for its amazing popcorn located in stadiums and high end hotels, through out the Washington metropolitan area.

    Poppin Mess will be a true luxury dessert location you will want to experience!
